Delicious chocolate made a few doors up from us in Anglia Square, Norwich.
This origin is ZESTY. Feels fresh, zingy & slightly floral. We taste lime, grapefruit & rose.
2 INGREDIENTS: Brazilian cacao, sugar.
ALLERGENS: none, but made in our own bakery which handles nuts & gluten. Vegan.
SINGLE ORIGIN CACAO: ethically sourced from the Cabruca Cooperative on the Bom Jesus farm in the Bahia region of Brazil.

This origin is CREAMY. Feels friendly, easy-going, rounded. We taste cream, raisin & biscuit.

ALLERGENS: none, but made in our own bakery which handles nuts & gluten. Vegan.
SINGLE ORIGIN CACAO: ethically sourced from the Apach Cooperative, in the Choloma region of Honduras.
